New members can start on any day of the month. Membership dues can be prorated based on your start date.

The K Haus has a zero-tolerance policy for harassing language, demeaning rhetoric and any form of hate speech.

All residents can receive mail and utilize the K Haus address as their business address.

We don’t allow dogs unless they are service animals.

All residents have access to scheduled office hours for legal consultations, WiFi, live and digital events, communal spaces, conference room, The K Haus membership directory, K Art Exhibits, printing, and mail service.

Yes. Please refrain from eating or drinking in the Gallery Section close to any of the paintings or works of art.

You may bring 2 guests upon authorization from the K Team for a period of up to three hours. Members are responsible for their guests. Guests may stay for the duration of any meeting they are in attendance.

Members can make phone calls anywhere within the space. Please be considerate of your fellow members.
